Community Care

We provide clinician-led community home care for local authorities, NHS, and private clients. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for personal care. We are specialised in providing services for those who suffer from life-changing illnesses, such as alzheimers, dementia, multiple sclerosis (MS), muscular dystrophy, stroke, diabetes, for service users who are bariatric, and for those who require end of life care in their own home. We use most up to date and enhance healthcare systems in order to manage our service users and our staff members who are real-time GPS tracked. Our staff members digitally log in and log out at the service users property for quality assurance and safeguarding. All our staff members use handheld real-time reporting devices, for quality record keeping and data protection. The logs can be viewed by our clients, staff members and the management who are monitoring the service delivery around the clock. We are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year by our service users, their family and emergency services who may require additional information should there be a need.

24/7 Careline Response

24/7 emergency response services are available for local authorities, NHS CCGs, and private clients. The service is provided with the most recent lifting aids and appropriately trained staff. This is a specialist tailored provision for service users who may benefit from unscheduled personal care and welfare checks, those with poor mobility requiring assistance following a fall and subsequently unable to get up, for those who provide no response following either self-pendant activation or automated fall detector. The service is provided in order support service users to remain independent at their own home environment, to reduce and avoid unnecessary NHS Ambulance callouts and hospital admissions, and to provide the most appropriate quickest service for the service users’ best interest. All our responders are live GPS tracked and managed around the clock. We operate with 100% success within our target response times.

Urgent cover staff provided for care homes, local authority monitoring and responding schemes, private ambulance services.

Event First Aid Cover

First aid and advanced emergency care to cover any size and type of events including motor-sports, water-sports, contact sports, concerts, cycling and equestrian with wide range of specialist teams that operate support vehicles such as motorcycles, 4x4s, quad-bikes, cycles, water rescue boats and amphibians.

Training Services

24-hour Telecare

24-hour telecare and immediate response service provided for private clients in Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, Bracknell, Slough, Iver, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, Sunningdale and Virginia Water.
